When will I receive the product?

This depends on the shipping company that was chosen and the one responsible for delivery. We provide a group of shipping officials in a group of major cities, and this period usually ranges from 8 to 12 working days from the date of order and its confirmation.

If there is a manufacturing defect in the product?

You must go back and read the return policy to know the terms of return and exchange. In the event of a manufacturing defect that has been agreed to be returned, the shipping value will be calculated by the company and the customer will be charged the return shipping. The value of the product is not charged to the customer according to the return policy.

I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?

Of course not. This is not possible on the Saudi Tech Store website, because it specializes in retail (installment) and not wholesale.
